Maybe in the WalMarts in AR you can find a few long skirts but here in ABQ a month ago, I held up a top for a 8 yr old and I said to my husband, it looks like something a streetwalker would wear. I was in Old Navy and browsing, when I saw this CUTE!! jean skirt on a mani. It was below the knee and NOT skin tight.
